AYNA VAGIF gizi ALIKHANOVA
Translator, Orientalist, philologist and researcher specializing in Azerbaijani and Hebrew languages and literature, PhD student at the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (ANAS). She has translated more than forty scientific articles and books (from Hebrew into Azerbaijani and from Azerbaijani into Hebrew), and has participated in numerous international scientific conferences and projects. Laureate of various certificates and awards.
We believe that our strength lies in unity. It is precisely women’s kindness, wisdom, and inner resilience that can change the world around us. The creation of a Jewish women’s organization in Azerbaijan is not just a new stage in the life of our community — it is a conscious step toward strengthening our roots, supporting women, and preserving spiritual and cultural values. We believe that the strength of a woman lies in her ability to unite, to create, and to inspire.
In today’s world, full of challenges, a woman remains the pillar of both family and society. Our organization will become that very space where the voice of women will be heard — strong, kind, and wise. We will support initiatives in the fields of education, culture, charity, as well as mental and physical health. Here, every participant will be able to realize her potential, contribute, and feel her significance.
Special attention will be given to passing traditions on to new generations — through lectures, meetings, cultural programs, and joint projects. We will strengthen ties with other women’s organizations around the world, building bridges of friendship and mutual understanding.
