Our mission is to protect human rights, support those in need, and preserve cultural heritage while strengthening the traditions of multiculturalism and mutual respect.
We believe that human dignity stands above circumstances, and that compassion and justice form the foundation of a strong and united society.

MDInfo is a modern news TV channel and portal of Azerbaijan that promptly covers the main events of the country and the world. Our priority is reliability, objectivity, and accessibility of information for a wide audience.
Rafailov Anatoly Khaimovich
Anatoly Khaimovich Rafailov was born on February 5, 1953, in Baku.
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Azerbaijan Medical Institute.
He is fluent in Russian, English, and Farsi.
He served in the army in 1972–1974, and in 1974–1981 continued his studies at a higher educational institution.
In 1981–1982, he worked as a resident physician at the Baku Emergency Medical Care Hospital.
From 1982 to 2001, he served as a trauma surgeon at the Sumgait Emergency Medical Care Hospital.
In 2001–2010, he held the position of Director of the Medical Center of the Jewish Charitable Society “Hesed Gershon.”
Since 2015, he has been the manager of the mobile medical service of Saglam Ailə LLC.
At present, Anatoly Khaimovich Rafailov is:
Honorary Chairman of the Magen David Group,
Member of the Milli Majlis (Parliament of Azerbaijan),
Head of the Azerbaijan–Israel Inter-Parliamentary Working Group,
and Honorary Chairman of Magen David Azerbaijan.
On February 4, 2023, for his active participation in the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the Order of Glory by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.


David Seliverstov
David Seliverstov was born on March 26, 1985, in Baku.
He studied at Secondary School No. 8 in Baku, and received his higher education at the Faculty of Investigation and Operations of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
He was an active member of the Sokhnut Agency and the Hillel public organization.
At present, David Seliverstov holds key public positions:
Director of “Magen David Azerbaijan”,
Chairman of the “Magen David Azerbaijan” Human Rights and Charity Society, Chairman of the Azerbaijani Representative Office of the All-Israel Association of Caucasian Jews.
Guardian of Cultural Memory at “Global Voices for Human Rights” under the UN and ECOSOC,
International Human Rights Defender.


Objectives of Magen David Azerbaijan
Protection of the rights and interests of the Jewish community in Azerbaijan, development of cultural and charitable projects, strengthening of interethnic relations, and preservation of historical heritage.
Preservation of Jewish heritage
To study the Jewish cultural heritage of different regions, ensure their harmonious development in the modern era, and support the preservation of historical, cultural, and religious monuments by using the potential of civil society.


Multiculturalism
Ensuring the protection of multiculturalism in Azerbaijan, as well as promoting Azerbaijan as a center of multiculturalism in the world, along with the study and advancement of existing models of multiculturalism.
The mission of “Magen David Azerbaijan” is to carry out charitable and legal activities, including addressing social issues of citizens living in the Guba-Gusar region, as well as supporting the families of Shehids (martyrs)
